Alkaline Diet Recipes – Alkalize your body with your juices, soups, snacks and dinners

One thing we must admit is that most people like to eat foods that are rich in sugar. And sometimes these foods can be obtained from foods that are often acidic. Well, alkaline food recipes will be the solution to prevent acid food.

There can be many ways to prepare recipes that will please us. This can be done with fruits and vegetables that are alkaline foods.

You can easily prepare alkaline foods anytime. And here are the tips for alkaline juice, soup, snack and dinner.

o Alkaline juice

This recipe is good for breakfast because it will boost your energy. It awakens your digestive system while giving food to your body.

You can mix cucumber, celery, spinach, lettuce leaves and other leafy greens. You can use parsley and fresh alfalfa as optional boosters. Juice together and mix 50/50 with distilled water. You can add more lemon juice. You can add a pH prime to improve the alkalinity of the juice even more.

o Alkaline soup

This soup is a great guide when you are in detox. This recipe contains avocado which is high in EFAs. It also has cucumber which is well known for its cleaning properties. You can use herbs and spices, lemon and lime.

You will take avocado and prepare it to make a light. Then, you will add spring onion, green or red pepper, cucumber, spinach and garlic. Add Bragg Liquid Aminos, light vegetable Boullion (yeast-free) and lemon or lime juice.

o Alkaline dinner

For dinner, Detox Lime-Chili Stir ‘Fry’ is one of the most alkaline foods. The ingredients are Pak-Choi, carrots, mange-tout / sweet snap peas, soybeans, broccoli, cabbage (red or green), fresh lime juice, pepper, coriander and vegetable boullion and brown basmati rice / wild rice.

The first thing you need to do is to pulp the coriander with a mortar and pestle. And then add chilli and lemon juice to make a sauce. Put it down. And then, you will chop all the vegetables finely. After this you will steam them but not completely so as not to lose the nutrients.

Now, you will cover the cooked food over the rice and then put the fish.

It is very simple yet delicious. You can make fried vegetables in vegetable boullion if you don’t have a steamer. If you are into seafood, you can add prawns.

o Alkaline Snacks

An alkaline recipe that will appeal to your taste buds is asparagus dressed with lemon juice.

The ingredients are asparagus stems (bend to the ends and let them snap naturally), spring onion, melted (avocado) butter, grated lemon peel of half a lemon, fresh lemon juice of whole lemon and fresh thyme.

Steam the spring onion and asparagus but do not overcook. Then mix the avocado butter, lemon juice, thyme and lemon rind to make the dressing. Add some cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil to a little lemon juice. Now, add the spring onion and asparagus and then the dressing.
